He created the Life Success Coaching Process to help you achieve what YOU want out of life. You will easily draw upon Christopher May’s decades of success experiences. However, Christopher is not a psychotherapist nor a traditional counselor. He is a Life Success Coach with a spiritual emphasis. A spiritual perspective gives him a holistic approach to Life Success Coaching when looking at the physical, emotional, mind and soulful side of your life. This is a more comprehensive way to accomplish things together. And, it reduces the resistance between your dreams and your current situation.

As a Life Success Coach, Christopher’s role is to help you clearly identify your goals, see what is blocking those goals/dreams/visions, and then developing a spiritually base success formula all your own. You might be stuck in a rut with career, finances, spiritual practice or life issue. Not for long though, because together you will target and identify your issues followed by an action plan that speaks to you. Christopher uses affirmations, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Loving-Kindness meditations and Guided Imagery exercises to get results.

The Life Success Coach Process:

Step 1. – We begin by assessing what you are doing now, find out what practices you are engaged in and what is working or not working. This is a question and answer process.

Step 2. We identify what is your goal or outcome you are seeking? In other words, what changes do you wish to see in your life?

Step 3. We create an action plan for moving towards those goals through your spiritual and mundane daily life.

My role is to help you clarify your plan of achievement. Most often you fail to achieve results because one of the three following conditions exists:

A plan for happiness and achievement does not exist,
the plan is not being implemented consistently or
the plan has gaps which cause missteps in achievement.

To achieve results, you need a concrete plan of action which I would develop with you. That is why a third party, such as me, is essential. No one achieves anything alone. Everyone needs coaching, mentoring and guidance from time to time. I will provide an action plan review to help you create the steps you desire for certain success.

Action plans may include you consulting other professionals in specific fields to take additional steps for completing that step.

Step 4. Follow up and review of the progress on a weekly or every other week basis. This is essential for us to work together for actual progress. Progress is measurable, and sustainable.

Step 5. The Completion Stage. At the end of 5-10 weeks there should be some signs of change, or measure able results, even if these are simply felt, sensed or experienced. Final review is essential.

Fees:

My fees are reasonable, and designed to get you to the point where you can move forward towards the life improvements you seek.

Packaged rates: I charge a packaged rate $400.00 for (4) sessions when purchased as part of the 4 session Spiritual Success Coaching process. You will receive (4), 50 minute sessions over the course of 4 weeks. Generally, we meet once each week during a four week stretch. However, some students need 2 weeks between sessions, and some need only one week. It is your choice how often we speak.

One-time Consultation: If you purchase a one hour initial consultation, my fee is only $110.00 for a single, 50 minute phone consultation to address several related issues.

Background information: In order for us to work on one or several concerns, I will need to gather enough background information to be of assistance. You will need to tell me what you hope to achieve together and some back ground information.

Life Coaching Code of Conduct and Confidentiality: All personal information you share with me about yourself is held in the strictest of confidence. However, if what you share could help another client or student, I may ask you if I can share the overall message of your story without mentioning names or personal information.
