Love and Compassion on Valentine’s Day
Blessings and Happy Valentines Day!
The true meaning of Valentine’s Day is to cultivate unconditional love for all beings. If we all stretch ourselves for even five minutes a day to love the world unconditionally as God loves us, then it would transform the entire world. Or, imagine loving all beings with such Universal Compassion and Kindness as does Christ or Buddha. Imagine what that would look like, feel like and how we could live more fully in the presence of that expression of expansive love.
Try this exercise for five minutes a day>
* Sit quietly for one minute, and then feeling love and compassion radiating from the Source of inspiration into your heart
* Then see the love and compassion radiating out to
everyone in the world as numberless light rays.
Practice this exercise for 1 week, and then write me to express what effects this had on your body, emotions and mind.
