Happiness is Found in the Present Moment because that is where your greatest power and joy is.

One of the best ways to it to cultivate the ability to celebrate life is to encourage and allow yourself to live in The Present Moment. This process of awakeing happiness and takes training the mind because most of thetime our tendency is to , negative experiences, hurts or are found. When we live holding to the past frustrations, this habit draws you away from The Present Moment. Being present is where is experienced. And, this is where your happiness lies.

The alternative way you might find yourself facing each moment is with anticipation or anxiety about what might or might not be coming down the road.

You may sometimes wonder, “will I have still have job a week from now with the economic recovery going slow.”

Or, “the relationship I’m involved in seems to be struggling too much, will it last out the year?”

There are dozens and dozens of just such scenarios you face on a day to day basis which bring uncertainty. Allowing anxiety and uncertainty to rob you of your appreciation of this moment is the cause of so much of your suffering, struggles and uneasiness.

The great news is that as you can train your mind and emotions to become alive in The Present Moment. This is where your source of creativity, inner power and , or God, or the Divine, whatever you feel most comfortable calling the presence of inspiration, can be found. All constructive forces in your life are found, discovered and enjoyed when you are .

The sense of perspective on everything in your life is found in appreciation, praise and in The Present Moment.

Your suffering, struggles and uneasiness are found in the past and in the future.

Test this out for yourself over the next few days. Watch your thoughts and emotions to see for yourself where the ,
appreciation, praise and enjoyment of your life is found.

Where is your greatest joy found?

Where is the feeling of love and gratitude found?

Have you noticed that when you appreciate and praise the good
in your life, that it increases? It is true that you get more of what
you focus on. However, you cannot praise and appreciate if you’re caught in the tug of war between the past and the future.

Knowing how to stay in The Present Moment gives you the opportunity to discover all of the goodness, wonder, beauty and joy in your life. And, that is where you celebrate those gifts too!
