Does Connecting with the Source of Greater Happiness Sound Good?
When the Lord Buddha achieved enlightenment he giggled! Why did he giggle?
Each of us struggles to find real, lasting happiness. You are identified with your physical, emotional and mental dramas, or the ups and downs of daily life. Maybe this is why so many people watch soap operas or the evening meladramatic TV shows? These dramas appeal to you because you like drama. But does drama, and identification with your struggles and suffering lead to happiness? Being caught up in daily dramas do not lead your to happiness.
If you want to experience greater happiness follow me, I know the way. I do hear and feel your struggles because I was there too, and still struggle at times. However, I find greater happiness in each day, in each moment than ever before. The struggles to find happiness have value in the journey, but what if you could experience fewer struggles, less drama and more happiness?
I support you at being happy, even if conditions do not support that at times. I wish for you to go beyond or transcend the struggles, and know that you are good, that you are loved, and avoid taking on other people’s issues. Your self-worth, your happiness and well-being are important. And, your struggles are not a reflection of your true inner value beyond the outer drama.
You need to look deeper to find the source of, and causes of happiness within your pure self.
There is a part of you that is calm, serene, joyful and radiant. Would it beneift your physical health, emotional health and mental health to stay connected to that source of happiness? Yes…yes…yes it would!
