Ending Procrastination Once and For All
I hope you had a wonderful weekend and are ready for a great week, enjoying the warmer weather and finding greater fulfillment in each moment.
Today’s post is about Ending Procrastination Once and For All which is definitely possible. Procrastination is caused by several emotional states:
1) fear of failure,
2) fear of success, which is the mirror image of failure and
3) perfectionism
All of these causes are just habits of mind, thinking and beliefs which can be released easier than you might presently think. Just keep an open mind until you’ve listened to the Tapping World Summit audios found on the attached links.
But, no matter what the cause procrastination can be overcome regardless of the cause using tapping or EFT,aka, emotional freedom technique.
My colleague and founder of the Tapping Solution, Nick Ortner, is holding the complimentary 2011 Tapping World Summit during this introductory period. The audios are complimentary to listen to as a way to sample the work being done with EFT or tapping to release the blocks that procrastination cause. It is easy, fun and anyone can learn this method with a little focus.
