When the Spring arrives I plant new plants, seed the garden with new life and nurture new crops of flowers, fruit and vegetables. If you watch your life as the seasonal changes that take place in the garden it becomes easier to be grateful for the harvests and periods of pruning when the garden appears to be in decline. Losses are important in order to make the way for new life for the next cycle. If you repeat the phrase “I am grateful” throughout as many moment of life you can whether “good” or “bad”, joyful or sorrowful experiences, victories or defeats, then life more abundant will appear along the way. Gratitude opens the ability of our emotions and mind to digest our experiences, making use of them to form knowledge. The wisdom to live life fully comes through awakening an awareness of gratitude. Whatever intentions, actions and activities you engage in today will be magnified by the streams of electro-magnetic energy.
